Hii!
I'm trying to do a toe touch on both legs though, I can do a toe touch on one leg per jump. Can anybody help me and tell me some stretches or excersices to help me increase my flexiablity into it?

one legged toe touch sounds like a herkie. mellow.gif

anywaii. start doing splits. once you loosen up your upper thigh muscles, it should be a lot easier. i don't know the techincal terms but for the one where your legs are spread and wide and you're facing front, do that against a wall. then, slowly try to get yourself closer.

for the legs vertical/in the middle and you face over one direction of the leg, just slowly lower yourself.

toe touches: make sure the legs go up and not the arms go down.

look up when you're doing it. I know that sounds lame, but if you focus on something on the ceiling or something it usually helps you jump higher.

stretch. a lot. a lot.

&like someone said above,
your legs should be doing
the most. bring your legs
up towards your hands, not
the other way around. you
don`t have to touch all the
way to your toes, but as far
as you can go is good
enough. keep stretching!
