Making Themes and the Codes for Wordpress

I have made my layout and coded everything in Dreamweaver and have downloaded Wordpress to my computer, but now I want to put everything in .php because I am getting my domain and host activated by april 1. Could somebody help me step by step or a site that helps me edit everything in header, footer, body, and sidebar php?

I REALLY WOULD APPRICIATE ANY HELP ON HERE OR AIM!
