lately, i've been having some kind of a pain in my lower stomach. it feels like really bad cramps or like i need to use the bathroom. but cramps come on & off and these pains stay all day. plus, they don't last that long & i'm pretty sure i'm not expecting my period. when i try to use the bathroom, nothing comes. ew. sorry if that's gross but i had no other way of explaining it. i think it might have something to do with me eating habits. i'm a vegetarian & i basically eat cheese, bread, ect.
so would that have anything to do with it?

More fiber? I know you're a vegan but you still might not get enough fiber.

Maybe its the cheese? I'm not sure about soy cheese, or whatever kind it is, but eating too much regular cheese can definately plug you up. mellow.gif

maybe you ate something rotten? maybe..food poisoning?
if so, you can start by drinking more water, once you feel well enough you can begin eating mild, low-fat foods, such as bananas, rice, applesauce, or dry toast or crackers. Avoid spicy foods, other fruits, alcohol, and coffee for 2 days and dairy products for 3 days after all symptoms have disappeared.
hope you feel better _smile.gif

thanks for the help everyone. it stayed for around three or four days. then it went away. but i think it might've had something to do with my period, since it started right afterward.
by the way, i'm not vegan, i'm vegetarian. :]
