Well, if you can't spell "pregnant," then it's probably too soon.

When you decide to try for a baby is up to you. Then again, you're only 14. Most people would probably agree that that's too soon. It's a really stupid idea to even consider pregnancy when you're still in school, without a job.

If you are actually only 14 I suggest that you immediately stop even considering the idea of pregnancy. In my personal opinion...and my opinion alone...it is horribly wrong to even be having sex at 14. It is irresponsible to get pregnant when you can not even drive yourself or your child anywhere. When you arent even old enough to have a job to support yourself and your child. The right time to get pregnant is the time when you are mature enough to handle and take care of another life.

obviously, we are all certified MDs here at createblog...

you're... 14 which makes me think it's sort of a weird question to ask.

check WebMd.com for ovulation cycles and when they occur. please try searching on the internet first before you ask a question that is readily accesibly on the internet.

I think you're too young to think about becoming pregnant right now. You should at least finish high school and find a job before considering having a child. Of course, you should also make sure your partner is reliable and will also work to support all of you.

Well I don't exactly know when you would want to get pregnant and I can't tell you when its the right time for you.

Personally, I would want to think or start having kids when I'm married and settled living somewhere and I have a job and my husband has a job and we have plenty of money set aside to have a kid. Age wise, early 20s to mid 20s

When your emotionally and physically stable.
Meaning when you have enough time and money to support your child.

She said she just wanted to know. It doesn't mean she wants to get knocked up now, she just wants to know for reference, or just for the sake of knowing.

Also, if people find out what to do to get pregnant, that can be used as information for what not to do if you don't want to get pregnant.

As for me, I have no idea, I just thought I should get the topic on track.

If anything, make sure you can support the baby and are financially stable. Also, be sure to have a job, home, and means of transportation. And the father of the baby being involved would help lots too.

Yeah, and y'know, that whole growing up thing. wink.gif

EXACTLY.

why dont you stay in school, do your homework, get accepted into college, graduate, get a job, THEN think about getting pregnant?

Socially...when u can support yourself and the baby. And that means you're financially stable. ..Which means you'd need a job. You need to graduate from school first though.

Biologically...when you're ovulating. Which is the midpoint of your period cycle.

Mentally + Emotionally...when you can handle the aftermath of having a baby.

When you're married, have enough money to raise the kid, mature enough to raise the kid, and when you've got a man to raise the kid up with you.

18+ is a perfect age range to get prego. Cause any younger isn't such a good idea. Being that under 18 you should focus on school. I want a kid too! but i have like 3-4months left of school, then i am all done!!

I think your most fertile time is a week-week1/2 after your period. Not sure, though. ^___^
