No, not at all. Don't think that you need to lose your virginity before junior year just because most guys lose it in 9th or 10th grade. Peer pressure's a really stupid reason to have sex for the first time. You'll probably regret it later on and wish you'd saved it for someone you really liked.

See by the time you get to high school, you're supposed to have lost your virginity to somebody that meant nothing than you, other than the fact that he/she was your "boy/girlfriend", while being drunk. Why, who ever goes into high school being a virgin? Didn't you know that to be "cool" and "in" you MUST not be a virgin?

Actually I don't think most freshman guys get any...The average age is around 16 for both male and females but that doesn't mean that you should lose it then. The only "right" time to do it is when you are completely ready, as well as your partner.

Contrary to popular belief, being a virgin in high school is not a bad thing at all. I wouldn't go and say wait until you're married, unless that's what you want, but definitely wait until you're more mature and you're with someone you love or have strong feelings for. The worst thing is having sex before you're 100% ready, because you can never get that first time back.

I'm sure a lot of people in high-school lose it. But it's up to you whether it's "wrong" or not; it depends on your beliefs.
I'm not any religion, so I don't care if people are virgins or not. I think losing your virginity to someone you trust and love is fine, but losing it to someone you barely know and just met at a party isn't. |

Man all my friends had sex in high school. Im the only one remaining that hasn't drank alcohol and hasn't had sex(that includes oral). I've always believe that sex waits till marriage. My girlfriend and I have been dating for almost nine months now and sex is something her and I have a set rule upon. Its the hardest thing to do to wait till marriage but when I have kids I can truthfully say that I didnt give into the peer pressure. i think that age shouldn't have anything to do with virginity.
everyone's different, and i think everyone should lose their virginity when THEY are ready, not by a certain age. because it's not about the sex, it's about the love between the two people. Although I remember being a virgin and getting picked on a lot about it and it was really stupid to deal with after a while but you just get use to it and figure pretty much their just jealous because I still have my virginity and their stuck remembering the ugly person they lost it too.

It can go one of two ways, if you lose your virginity early on, you either become extremely jaded and think sex is nothing and is as easy and non-emotional as pouring a glass of water, or your going to have sex with someone you "think" you love, and when they dump you and start having sex with someone else you think it's the end of the world. As weird as it may sound, scenario number two is the better, you'll grow tremendously from it. I thought I was in love and when we decided to take a break and we saw other people, I thought it was just a break, so no I wasn't having sex with this new girl, but then I find out she's having sex with this new guy, it crushed me...but I realized something, it only made me emotionally strong, and looking back on it I realized she was just a f**king slut all along.
Sure not losing your virginity in high school will lead to the occasional "weird sex talk", where every guy boasts about how many girls they've had sex with, and your the odd virgin out, but think about it, just because your a virgin, it doesn't make you any less of a man or a woman, I've slept with many girls while going through my "player" phase, I regret every single one it doesn't feel good to be with someone just to "get it over with", and not be a virgin anymore, so wait, find someone you love, or think you might love, share that with them, and grow from it & this isn't coming from some parent or someone with some vast knowledge of the universe, I'm only 16..well almost 17, & I'm on the same field as you, I just happen to be on the other side, and looking back, I wish I was still over there with you. In the end, it's all up to you, but one way or another it will happen and if things don't happen perfectly, don't beat yourself up over it, it happens to us all...it's part of growing up, and growing up emotionally. ** And I know this is my first post in literally months, and yes, I'm back **

youll have more kids in you wait until marriage...so if you dont want a lot of kids say screw aroudn in high school
