How do you set it to where your page is public but blogs are private? Like the person has to be your friend to view/comment the blog. I've seen it done before and i can't figure out where to set it to do this. any help?

Go to Account Settings -> Privacy settings -> Check Blog Comments - Friends Only. To make it so that only friends can view entries, you must select your preference at the bottom of each individual entry.
