border heeellp, please. Options

so i have that whole default layout thing and then i have a black border around my tables. but the borders only around the left hand tables and not around the about me....does anyone know why?? i want it around the about me also and the rest of the right hand tables...etc.

hmmm...nope that cpde just edits the left side tables. not about me or anything. hmm....
