Today I was out in the snow, and we were by a little stream, and i was hanging on a log and my friend pushed me into the water. My leg went down deep and i was freezing For a while i couldn't feel my leg. I thought i had pneumonia.

Have you ever over exaggerated and come to the point when you thought u had some deadly disease?

Nopes, and that's weird because I work in a Hospital and so far I haven't developed any paranoia over an imaginary affliction. Most of my coworkers seem to be convinced they suffer 5 different kinds of deathly tumors, however x(.

I did freak out over dying last week though, when I was almost hit on the head with a lettuce that fell from a 4rth story apartment window D: (true story!). I sensed something falling right behind me and a big FWWWLOPPP noise followed, then I turned around and I saw this huge lettuce splattered on the floor.

The woman popped her head out of the window, and then came to the street to check if I had been hurt. It turns out she was getting ready to put her shopping into the kitchen cabinets or something, and somehow the lettuce fell out of the bag that was balanced on the window frame O_o;;;.

I am afraid I have forgot what this had to do with imaginary illnesses.

Yeah, I've been afraid of having certain diseases before. I'd be paranoid that I had a cancerous tumor or something. Haven't scared myself lately, though.

No, not really. I mean, I've faked sick, but that's different. There's lots of people who are afraid to be by people who are sick, but it doesn't bother me shrug.gif

Yea, I think I have a minor case of Hypochondria. My dad tells me all the time that he thinks I do too. So recently anytime I think something is wrong with me and I just say its nothing and then when others find out about it people tell me that it sounds really bad. -shrugs-

I don't think I ever really think I have something until I've done plenty of research and I talk to others about it and get their opinion.

Haha, I'd be lucky if I could get my family to do that. We're all really stubborn. My grandfather died of Liver cancer because he didn't want to get help. My dad's had broken ribs and still worked without going to the doctor, farmers I tell ya.
