Depends on whatcha going to be usin' it for. If you're just doing little tidbits, then a starter would be the 4x5. But if you're wanting to do this seriously, I would invest in the 6x8

^ That, and it also depends on how big your stroke is. If you write/draw small, get the smaller tablet because you won't need taht much room. If you have big penmanship, then get the bigger one. Also, note that the 6x8 is about twice the price of the 4x5.

The 6x8 is for more for professionals. I'm actually getting the Graphire4 4x5 in the mail today or Monday.
The size of the paper doesn't matter, its your strokes. The paper size is directly proportional to the tablet, and if you draw a line one inch long on the tablet, it would come out much bigger on the computer screen. |

When I was thinking of getting one. I was always going to get the 6x8. I think it would work better, although it matters what your going to be using it for in the long run.

I don't really think the 6x8 is space efficient for an average user. You can't fit it next to the keyboard.

REALLY? Aw man I want mine so badly.
It was supposed to come today at the earliest. It'll probably get here on Monday. I was so sad when the UPS truck didn't come. |

i love mine its so useful. the bigger the better so get the bigger one. not unless your screen is small.
i mean if you have a regular sized screen then get the smallest which is fine cause thats what i have but if you have like a widescreen monitor go for the bigger version |
