srry i knoe this has been asked alot but i wanna knoe how u can outline the pic like this like i dont want to make this pic look cartoonish or so but i jus like this i cant find anything that shows u how to do this lately so if anyone could help me that would be nice :]

Here's a tape imagepack (complete with filmstrip!). Try checking out the common brushes thread; there are some other film imagepacks there. To make them into actual brushes, follow this tutorial.

Anna Posted an image pack. Open that image in photoshop and you need to make all the ones you want brushes, one by one. To learn how to do it read this.

If the website is down, then your going to have to go to the guide of brushes that Anna put a link up for and just get image packs for now.

^ She basically said that you can post the link, in the need image packs thread to see if anyone who already has them, can make image packs for you. (Only for the brushes you want from that site).

Actually, I said there are already imagepacks made of tape and film strips (and I provided the link to the actual imagepack of the tape/film brushset from Rhysin in my last post).
