Hide Friends / Comments in Scroll Box, i need help on doing this |

Ok, so I want to have my friends hidden and put my comments into a scroll box so that it doesn't stretch out my page. I have searched on here but can't seem to find a clear cut answer / code on how to do this so does anyone out there know how??

Try combining these two scripts:

ok that worked to put them in the scroll box. now i have another question. is there a code to get rid of the bottom links that appear under my comments now?
