So I have my retainers right and when I put them in my mouth, there seems to be this huge build up of saliva in them and my mouth., I fell asleep and all that buildup probably caused me to start choking

yea i used to have that when i had retainers back then , if you keep on wearing them they should fit in like a shoe and there wouldnt be any spaces for saliva or juice stains on top of your mouth .

Those little thingys where you hook your rubberbands on for braces.. They keep poking at my mouth.. Hella uncomfy.
