im not going to say anything but look for yourself.

i love timbaland but people who made the original track should be stood up for. i hate these kinds of things and it gets me pissed.

I'm just wondering when he's going to make songs by himself because he's always just featuring or doing a little snnipet of a song...that's what Ja Rule used to do. Always made songs with people that are hits but when they go at it alone, theyre not as good.

Oh man, that's messed up. And I love that song too. He's done this before, though, with Jay-Z's "Big Pimpin.'" That little flute sample came from an Indian song. I'm tempted to say that he should be given a little leeway because he's Timbaland and, along with the Neptunes, one of the "last original beatmakers," that is to say that he doesn't tend to use samples a lot, but damn. If that is true, he needs to fess up and pay the original artist some royalties.

Yea i know timbaland and neptunes are great, its sad though to know if this is true or not. i love both of them. but if he is doing that to other peoples music its not right.

It says little about Timbaland's creativity, but there's a good bunch of artists that limit themselves to sampling/dubbing other people's work for their own songs so I am not as disappointed as one would expect.

I mean, look at Puff/P/whatever Daddy/Diddy/whatever *shrug*.

Nowadays everybody takes from other people. Comedians have always been accused of stealing other people's jokes, so why should music be any different?

Unlike all the other black musicians who have been creating original songs for decades.
