I can't remember what I've been doing for the past week, and I find that to be kind of pathetic.

I am constantly thinking of the term "Carpe Diem" and how it's so true and how I should apply it my life, etc. But really, when I sit down and really think about the past week, and take it in daily, I can't remember what the hail I did each day. I know rough sketches, but nothing memorable stands out. And to me, that's what "Carpe Diem" really means, to make each day memorable, to do something each day that I'd be proud of. The fact that every day is basically like the next frustrates and saddens me.

What does "Carpe Diem" mean to you? Have you at all been successful at it?

To me "Carpe Diem" means to live life each day to the fullest, and to enjoy life pretty much. We aren't going to be here forever, so you might as well make the most of it every day. As far as being successful at it, I am not always so sucessful at it because I don't always think of it that way due to obligations (school, work, etc.) I should try and enjoy every day of life more though insteand of complaining. When I am with the people I care about most, like family or really good friends thats when carpe diem kicks in pretty much and we don't care what time it is, we just enjoy the time we have together, and thats how it really should be vs. omg i have a horrible test i'm going to fail! my life is over ohmy.gif lol.

^I don't like paranoid people who think that one bad grade results in their life being over.

To me, it's just live life happy and peaceful. Enjoying life is a good thing.

There's a ton of things that I want to do. I just feel like I can't do them because I'm too... tied down. I have a lot of responsibilities so it's not like I can up and leave when I want to... after I graduate from highschool I'll go down the list and then I'll dig up this old topic and name all the things I've done haha.
