Here I am sitting at my computer telling myself that I should create some threads. I come up with a few ideas but as I'm trying to elaborate, I find that it's difficult for me to write/type down all my thoughts. I guess I need lessons in learning to epxress myself more clearly. (Hmm, maybe this is why I'm a terrible writer.) So I scratch that idea and now I'm stuck. This happens every single time I try this.

So there you go. I created a thread so I guess I accomplished something. >_>

Me too.

I have a problem of organizing my thoughts. It doesn't mean I don't know how to write well.

I just write algorithmically.

Ahh, I feel ya, Monaca. I have many ideas but they never seem to develop well enough. pinch.gif Reminds me of trying to write for my response to literature today.. I thought of like at least 10 themes, but I just couldn't seem to express it well enough with my details. mellow.gif

Awe, congrats Mona.

Although I know exactly what you mean. I've been told by many that I need to learn how to express myself more. I think thats why I'm a horrible writer. I can't generate ideas very quickly either..

Gosh, Mona, I know how you feel. It is so hard for me to write my thoughts down, or put them into words that makes sense to others.

That happens to me a lot too. I always have so many thoughts that I end up with tons of sentence fragments that shouldn't even be made public (on Xanga) or I just end up going in circles in my head. I hate when it happens when I'm writing papers for school. But I get what you're saying, so your thread's just fine.

You're not the only one, it happens to me all the time especially when I'm writing a paper, or even trying to think of topics for cb. Its frustrating- I know, but my writing professor from last semester made us write down all our thoughts in a journal no matter what we were thinking we had to write it even if it was the same word over and over again on that one page. just to clear our minds out so that way we don't get stuck when we are trying to express our thoughts in papers. it kinda helped me but took some time to get used to, although i still struggle with it.

I kept a journal back in junior high school. My parents found it and so I've stayed away from writing down my thoughts so freely. :x I've always said I'd keep a little book to write poetry or even do some stream of consciousness writing. Heh, I guess since I'm constantly being reminded of this, I'll keep one. :)

Sometimes that happens to me too. Or like I have a whole story planned out on my head and then when I try to write it out...nothing comes out. pinch.gif I hate it when that happens.

I have a hard time expressing myself without offending anyone. So I've come to the point where I hardly express anything at all. It seems unhealthy but I guess I can live with it.
