I'm sorry, but I don't think that's even possible? Maybe if you make a slight whit low-opacity image and set it as the background it would work. Though I'm not quite sure.

Are you sure it wasn't for the tables?

[This IS for MySpace right?]

OHHH! Those are called tables.

Let's say you'd want the opacity at 50%, you'd put:

<style type="text/css">
table table table td {
filter:alpha(opacity=50); -moz-opacity:0.50; opacity:0.50; -khtml-opacity:0.50; }
table table table table td {filter:none;}
</style>

No I mean, not under div one.

Ehh, just try letting the code stand alone.

This
QUOTE
.div1 {
table table table td {filter:alpha(opacity=50); -moz-opacity:0.50; opacity:0.50; -khtml-opacity:0.50;}

Should be
CODE
.div1{filter:alpha(opacity=50); -moz-opacity:0.50; opacity:0.50; -khtml-opacity:0.50;}

or
CODE
table table table td {filter:alpha(opacity=50); -moz-opacity:0.50; opacity:0.50; -khtml-opacity:0.50;}
