Div Overlay Problems, comments + friends Options

I recently got a Div overlay layout from createblog (http://www.createblog.com/layouts/download.php?id=16038), but its not showing like that on my profile at all (http://www.myspace.com/13854774)...i dont have any comments showing and the marquee isnt working. can anyone help me? the only change i made from the original code was adding a survey where it says 'anything under here'

Okay, so at the end of your survey, add in the red and your marquee and comments should appear in the right place again..
