My friend never lets anyone drop him off at his house and he would rather stay in front of another friends house until his father picks him up. We ask him where he lives and he wont tell anyone we know he lives in a rich/nice neigborhood but my circle of friends do to. I dont understand why hes so secretive of where he lives. BTW hes viet if that changes anything.

I dont' think being viet makes it change anything, but maybe because he's afraid of someone wanting to go into his house? Did you every try just asking him? Could just be because he wants to keep his house to himself and not show anyone at all. Or that he's paranoid.

hmm sounds familiar to another situation my other friends were faced with. In my scenario my friend was embarassed to show us where he lived because it wasn't good enough and he felt inferior to others. He lived in a trailer home but we always dropped him off at this one house that looked rather nice. Maybe your friend has something he doesn't want to ya'll or it could be a personal issue. If it is then i wouldn't push it he may get irratated by constand nagging and questions.

I do that a lot even though I do live in a rich part of town. I do it because inside is a mess and I don't want guests over. That's it.
Or maybe he has lead you guys to think he lives in a rich part of town, but in reality he doesn't Why should you care about this in the first place? That's his house and his business. Leave him alone. |

He probably secretly lives in a trailor park behind a nice big house. That's the only thing I can think of. :X

Leave him alone about it, it's not worth bugging him about. He obviously has his reasons. It's not fair for you to pressure him. The only thing you can do is make all your friends, especially him, know that you are trust worthy and you accept them for who they are.

Don't worry about it. If he wants to tell you then he will. Some people like to keep things to them selfs and I think there is no problem with that. He may like some things to never change hence the reason why he likes his dad to take him every where. Maybe his father dosen't trust the people driving his son places. Young drivers these days. It could be many reasons.. Don't worry.

I really dont see what the concern is of him not telling you where he lives.But if it is such a big is an issue,jsut leave him alone and let him come foreward to you with the truth or the reason.
