weird thing appearing Options

okay i have this weird thing appear in my view comments section. someone i dont know left a comment but the comment is ontop of all my comment or the comment section not allowing me to delete it. here's a picture. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v148/mak...led-3.jpg"
can someone help me fix this problem!

I'm not sure if this will work, but go to your view all comments page. Then, right click and view your source. Find the comment in your source, then find the link to delete the comment in your source and paste that into your URL browser. It should appear to be something like this, copy and paste the bolded part:

I really don't know what to tell you except that you want to delete the fourth comment down from "Bitch nig.." because that's where the thing at top is coming from.
