 I`ve been seeing images like this alot. I was wondering if there`s any specific brushes, patterns, or tutorials that could help me creat a PSD like that in PhotoShop7. `Kaythanks. :] |

... First off, that's a .jpg file, not a .psd one.
 The difference is slight, but rather important.Second off, this section should help you a lot. Big Book of Resources in particular, but the other stuff is helpful too. In addition to that, be sure to check out this graphical beauty. Possibly the best gathering of tutorials ever. I'm sure you'll find on to your liking. |

do you mean how the image is broken up into little pieces? you can do that using mask layers.
