coordinates, what do these numbers mean?!? Options

okay....i have dhis code i wanna put up....but i dunt knoe whut the coordinate numbers represent...like whut is the order? north, south, east, west....does someone knoe?? heres the code....

It's the X-coordinate of the top left corner of something, then the Y-coordinate, then the X-coordinate of the bottom right corner, then the corresponding Y-coordinate for that.
