confusing but the use of colors are awesome... i want to learn to paint or make images in oil pastels... doing that shit in school can be a pain when u get art early in the day (messy clothes aren't cool)

the image is again awesome update us with a grade would like to see where this image takes you

oh yeah this is going to be framed yes? should be to avoid any messes or damaged when done

well, actually, oil pastel isn't that messy, lol. if you use the dryer kind. (which i used) we have super oily oil pastels, and they're like sticks of butter X_x

but i will definitely put up the whole project when i'm done (1 more mini-piece left!) :D and maybe some close-up pictures

I really like it, the colors really stand out. *thumbs up*

However, it doesn't seem impressionistic enough for me, but I can't judge too soon because you are not done with it yet.

I realize that you cannot tell it's impressionistic. A close-up shot would reveal that I actually "dotted" each color with oil pastel :p which took me forever x_x

I love the background. Nicely done.

I do think that the red thing behind the small doll thing (which I find it adorable) has too much black, making it very hard to distinguish what it is. But since it is not done, I cannot judge much of it. I can only judge what is presented.

Okay, I forgot to take a close-up. I actually finished this more than 2 weeks ago, hhaha. But, yeah, hooray it's finished! And it won a regional medal.

Ah thanks! It took me a few weeks, I think. Probably 1-2 weeks for each square minus the bottom-left one that looks like shit, haha. Too bad I didn't go to state :(
