So as I was eating my ice cream, I started reading the nutrition facts (OMG! 72048903 CALORIES! OMG!), and noticed that on the lid, it said that it contained not chocolate chips, but chocolate FLAVORED chips.
What the hell?

Did you know that even if they make the flavoring in a lab, it can still be called natural flavoring?

It's like the company can't afford to buy CHOCOLATE so they have to use fake ones. Dump it and get the real stuff! |

^ On a side note, I read Fast Food Nation! and it was made into a movie too, filming was hidden under another movie name so McDonalds wouldn't track them down.

Candy too. A lot of things with artificial food coloring have colors from bugs.

OH. And at first, I thought you meant chips (ie: potato chips, cheetos, etc) that were chocolate flavoured.

lol yeah it makes a big difference when you read the nutrition facts, as well as the ingredients.
Say Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice-cream Just in Half a Cup, you get 230 calories, 108 of them from fat. and 20 grams of sugar. . . can you believe it? and that's just in half a cup. So, what about a quarter of that pint you are eating out of. blah. takes the fun out of things. |
