okay, soo..i dont know how many years ive had this problem..but ive got these little skin colored bumps everywhere on my legs/upper arms. at first, i thought it was just allergies because thats what everyone has said to me but they never go away.

no, theyre not pimples, and no..theyre not ingrown hairs.

and when i say theyre all over, i literally mean all over.

the camera didnt pick up the small ones but this is what they look like on my thighs.

and..my upper arms.

edit-they dont itch, its not a rash, theyre not any color, and ive had them since as far back as i can remember.

Exfoliate more?

I have those and they are ingrown hairs. So I don't know what to tell you. If they don't get ewwy and disgusting or you just need to get rid of them, get a derm.

There are different things that it may be. Does it itch? Were sick before they appeared? There's different factors as to what it is. I would suggest seeing a doctor to get it checked out.. they'll be able to help you better than this forum.

You could get an idea of what it might be here:

maybe they're just a normal skin condition? since it doesn't really do anything to hurt you. shrug* i don't have them, so i'm sorry i can't be of much help.

I used to get tiny bumps on my arms, and the doctor said that it's from being in the sun a lot or whatever. All I can say is maybe use a light sunscreen or or cover up a bit.
