it's f**king disgusting when a fat girl wears leggings. it's not cute at all. it's only hot when their legs are thin. |

It depends who wears it and with what kind of shoes and top.
With leggings, its sort of out of style now. In the winter, I don't think it is wise to be going out in a skirt and leggings. |

Oh gossh. xD I'd wear more leggins and nylons if I had more skirts. I have tons of long socks and all that good stuff. xP
I honestly love all that stuff, though. Whenever I see a girl in school with a skirt and leggins, I ask where they got the leggins. xP |

I'm kind of sick about people saying bad things about fat girls and leggings.
I saw America Ferrera in a Cosmogirl interview, and there was a picture of her wearing a dress with black leggings and some time of black patent leather stacked platform heel. I thought she looked pretty amazing. And America Ferrera's a bulky girl, you know? She looked great. It's a matter of putting together the right pieces. So if you're on the heavy side, tight leggings and a short denim miniskirt...not so good. But maybe a knee-length wrap dress and leggings would look good. To answer your question (finally), I think that leggings under denim skirts was in six months ago (and was in 2 years ago in places like Japan and Hong Kong; totally out now), and is now definitely on the way out in North America. |

I think it all depends on who wears them. I wasn't a huge fan of leggings making their way back from the '80s. Along with skinny jeans. Just because something's "in style" doesn't mean that everyone will look good in them. As far as nylons, no one around here wears them...
