I need constructive comments on this, it's for my blockprinting project at school:
[note: this is only the design]

I tried looking up what "blockrpinting" was, but I the results didn't really match your design. shrug.gif

Anyway, from the perspective of someone who knows very little about art, it looks good. That little part of black background and white dots to the left of the rat seems sort of off, but overall I really like it.

block printing is when you carve out a peice of linolium so get a design and then you roll ink on the design so that whatever you didnt carve it comes out on paper.

so its basically like a big version of a stamp.

but you carve the stamp out yourself. .

Thats a beautiful design, for block printing you should keep it simple cause when you actualy cut the design out on the linolium it gets really hard. the only thing that is going to be hard to do for your design is the little holes in the blocks of cheese. but i love your design. very modern and simplistic.

lol for my print design it was a tree. and i had to do all the freaking leaves and i ended up not finishing it. but i replaced it with another project so it was okay

wow! this is so cute <3 the mouse looks very good.

i'm not exactly how blockprinting works, so i can't really give you any criticism except i think the black areas are a little too empty.

I love the rat/mouse thing.

As much as I like the mouse, I find it out of place. Maybe its the details on the fur that bothers me so much.

Aw, this is really creative for something that looks so simple. I'm impressed. I hope you show us your finished product as well.
