Hi all ~
I am interested in doing this layout for my myspace page: http://www.createblog.com/layouts/download.php?id=14916 but when I load it to my page the width is wayyyyyyy too small and doesn't look right and wont hold all the stuff I want in my "about me" section. Can anyone make the width bigger so that the default area fits the layout but also shows the background all the way around the default border. Also...can you please hide my contact table but also put in my about me the: *add me/message me *Comment me/Stalk my friends I know how to change the friend ID and such so you don't need to do that. Also hide my friends but not my comments...thanks. ~Heather <3 Also make the layout reversed. Pic on the right side, blogs on the left. |

Gah default layouts, yeah they do that. You'll want to make a transparent line image to stretch it out, or at least thats what I would do.
And for the other stuff, I'm about to go to school |

This seems more suitable for myspace requests, where you need at least twenty-five posts to make a coding request so I suggest doing that.
To hide your friends but not your comments, use this. To switch your tables, use this. |

^ It's just an image really so I don't think it belongs in MySpace requests.
any how, heres a transparent image i made you. ![]() CODE <IMG SRC="http://i3.tinypic.com/4giq3xy.png" WIDTH=# HEIGHT=1> Change where I put # to how wide you want your about me to be. |

^ Yeah but from my experience with default MySpace layouts about me sections don't widen unless you have an image stretching it.
Though, I could be wrong. I apologize if I am. |

Table widths can be adjusted, but your fix is a lot quicker. :3

Thanks for the help! However, I still can't get it the way I want it however it did solve one of my problems so I thank you :P But it makes the default table still not good enough. It's hard to explain when the person I saw do this has there profile set to private lmao...anyways I want the not just the "about me" but the section between the default and background to be a little bit bigger...I want to be able to see the background clearly but also have enough room in the about me...how do I do that?
Heres my myspace profile to give you an idea of how it turned out and what I mean: http://www.myspace.com/sweetangel2128 |

To change the width of your tables, look through your code and find
TABLE, TD {padding: 0px; text-transform: lowercase; width:350px;} You just need to make the width bigger. I don't quite understand what you want to do in the last post you made. Could you perhaps take a screen cap of what you want to do. EDITTT: Okay, I think you mean the white stuff on the right side of the layout? That's there because someone posted an image in your comment section and that's stretching the layout. |

I don't see that I've done anything wrong, what double posting are you talking about? Anyways no I am not doing this to get my post count up...I am not like that! Anyways, I posted a request for coding in the myspace section. |

^ A double post is when you post and after that you post again. From what I can see you just did it to bump the topic (looking at the times of your posts).
Any ways, since you put in a request in the other forum, I'm gonna go ahead an close this. Topic Closed. If you need this reopened PM me or any other MySpace Staff. |
