does anybody have any idea how to make this if u do...can u show me how because i have paintshop x

erm. i have photoshop and its blending..srry not much help, i don't have paint shop pro.

I don't think those are brushes.
They could be, but I think they're just colors warped with the warp brush.

(I have psp-x too)
You can feather the sides of the pictures to get them blended like that. (selection tool and feather)
