Weeeeeeell ... There's some nice bases here that you could add text too.
 Other than that, I'm not really sure what you want.'cause, like Toya said, most people make their own. |

you gotta make your own or find one make sure to change the Height and Width of the code to the same one of your image, and plug in your the URL of you Layout Site. <a href="A URL HERE"><img src="Image URL here" width="100" height="100" /></a> |

There's also some nice templates at the site Reili gave you.
[ http://pootato.org/graphics/templates/ ] If your going to make your own button I think they are usually 88 x 32 in size. (if I'm correct) |

You can use Photoshop, PSP, GIMP, etc to make one or even animate it.
