 Yea, although it doesn't really look like it because I always part my hair the same way and push back my hair a lot so it looks like my hair is just a bunch of different layers.

I was the first person to get them at my school like two years ago and now everyone has them. I mean, they look really good on some people...but I hate when girls have curly hair and stick straight bangs. It's just so...unattractive.

I used to have side bangs, but they were distracting. Kept poking me in the eye. So I grew them out and now I tuck them behind my ear.

I voted yes, but currently at the moment I don't have them.
I used to have them waaayyyy back in the day. Yea, all the old members remember, right?  But my bangs grew out.The other two choices don't correspond with my actual answer, therefore I voted for the first option. :] Actually, I'm thinking of getting them again, but I'm not exactly sure. I liked what I had the first time though. Haha surprisingly, I still have the pics of me with them, on my myspace, even though they were from like, two years ago! :P |

I've had them since the very beginning of 8th grade. I'm in 10th now. I love them and they're so much more flattering for my face than the haircut I used to have. It was just boring layered hair parted in the middle. Ick.

Man I had side bangs from 99-05! Damn thats long time...& the only reason I stopped was cuz I cut my hair boy short(like Asian school boy short). I don't know...I just needed a change but now my hair is medium length layers with bangs up to my chin.
Personally I don't think Imma have side bangs cuz it made me look younger & I'm actually trying to look my age but side bangs are cool...if you can rock it |

well...
naturally, my hair doesn't have side-bangs. but i have a shorter section of hair along the sides, so i'll sometimes wear it as sidebangs. normally i just pin that section up though. sidebangs make me look a LOT nicer... but i feel like the trend has kind of gone on for a while already. |

the reason why a lot of people get side bangs is to prevent getting pimples as much as you get from regular straight bangs. but i guess nowadays folks just get them for the looks. practically everyone has them now o; they're pretty convenient and go with a lot of hairstyles.

I got my bangs cut shorter, so I think I'm keeping mine for a while.
The only thing that annoys me about my bangs is the fact that they grow so fast. ._. I have to trim them myself every week or week and a half. |

Yeah, I kind of have them, but they're growing out a bit. I need to trim 'em up. I didn't get them because of the "trend" or whatever, I've tried many different hairstyles...normal bangs straight across, no bangs[hair all one length] with it parted in middle & then parted on side...then I tried side bangs. It just looks best :D

I had them last year and they were pretty good to me for about half the year.
then something weird happened and they kept getting in my face (it hadn't done that before) finally before the year ended i just pinned them down, so it didn't look like i have bangs anymore, but just a side part. LET ME TELL YA: A lot of pimples went away after I moved all of that hair, and I was able to function better. I cut my bangs again, but about eyebrow length. I haven't ultimately decided what to do with them.

i do have side bangs... i hate that they're "scene" or "emo" or whatever now... i've had side bangs since the turn of the millenium and i love them! they're flattering for my facial structure, they're easy to keep outta the way, and they allow for lots of fun coloring experiments
 i think people place WAY too much importance on the "hot trends" and not enough on what ACTUALLY looks good on them... i love fashion as much as the next girl, but to take "what's in" totally to heart is just rediculous! DON'T BE A LEMMING! BE YOUR OWN PERSON! IF "THE IT THING TO DO" WAS TO RUN AROUND IN A PAPER BAG, WOULD YOU DO IT?!?!

I see a lot of people with regular bangs now... but side bangs are still really popular.. I have kinda sidebangs but I'm going to grow them out.. *cheer*

I used to have side bangs, I loved them. Now I have normal bangs but sometimes I part it to the side anyways.

i have sidebangs. they're a bit too long now, i'm overdue for a trimming.
I was thinking on getting the tyra banks look. really long, staright, one layer, hair with bangs just a quater of an inch before your eyeballs. i think that look is kind of sixties mod. i really like them but i am scared to get them because i have layers in my hair. and i am afraid the whole mod look wont work with layers :/ |

I do have them, but I'm trying to grow my hair out so right now they're at that awkward length... I've just been wearing a headband lately to keep them out of my face. I'm trying to decide whether I want to grow them out or cut them again.
I think sidebangs are very flattering on most people, regardless of whether they're "in" or "out". I don't think they're the kind of thing that will officially go out of style. I think a middle or slightly off-centre part looks FABULOUS on some.

i have sidebangs, to the right.
put them to the side one day a couple years a go, playing around taking myspace pics with my camera. before that they were regular bangs, but wayy too long. i go for months and months in between haircuts. they're getting long again, but atleast they're sidebangs, so they don't look so nasty. i wear them like this cos it looks good, and i have a big forehead so i need bangs, not because they're in style or whatever. they're just pretty. My cousin has some..they look nice, but it seems that girls with chubby face, when they get them, it seems to make them look chubbier..idk, maybe it's my vision
