Her module is custom made. You said all you need is the code?
CODE
<div align=left style="position:static; margin-left:0px;margin-top: 000px;border: 0px solid #ffffff; width:000px; height:000px;background: none;">
CONTENT
</div>

This is a div code.. change div align=left to left, right, center -which ever you want. On margin-top: 000px and margin-left:0px, change the number of pixels to position the content on the layout, and width:000px and height:000px -change those as desired. Let me know if you come across a problem.

What do you mean by certain lines? Like divide the content up the same way she did?

The blue lines aren't made with a code, it's the graphic itself on her layout.

You have to remove your regular modules first before the custom made one can appear.
Use this to remove your regular modules:
CODE
<style type=text/css>
/* remove regular modules */
texttable.left, td.mainleft, table.left, table.navigation, table.search{display:none}
table.blogbody tr td {width:0px; padding: 0px;}

/* edit to your liking */
table.module { border: 1px solid #000000; width:160px; background-color:f2f2f2; }
table.module th { background-color: #336699;font: bold 11px arial; text-transform: uppercase;color: #FFFFFF; border: none; }
table.module td {color: #000000; text-align: left; border: none; background-image: none; }
</style>
