The man/woman you love? Or you dream career that invovles being away from family/friends(rockstar/singer is an example but it could be anything) ?

By the way, you can't have both...pick ONLY one & explain why.

[ I'm not experiecing this dillema. I just have always been curious about what people think about it ]

The person I love.

Love is everything. Without it, life is meaningless.

I'll be a heartless bitch and pick career.

Sorry, music's everything to me. Performing's my life. I'm not gonna get married anyway.

Love, it's priceless. Your career is just...some day to day activity that ends up getting dull and you always know what to expect from it. But love..well you never know.

I'd love to see how classical performers would answer that. I know for sure that if I were to stop my career, I'd actually kill myself. I can't imagine not living without it. Life wouldn't be worth it if I couldn't play.

It depends on your career. If it's something you're so passionate about.. maybe you won't regret it.

P.S. I still bet I will be the only one who gives this answer.. ahaha.

I would choose the person I love, because I would give up anything to be happy with the person I love.

There's still a difference between music as a career and music as ... not a career. Haha, that sounds dumb. I guess it makes sense if you play the music for yourself and because you want to play for other people.

The boyfriend and I want to get married and play music forever. No either/or bogus.
Maybe we'll just kill ourselves. *shrug*

Gawsh, I would choose my dream career. Only because I remember how Lauren [or LC if you prefer] gave up that summer in Paris to be with Jason instead. She loved him, but they ended up splitting. She's going to be the one whose know for giving up Paris.

Erg, I watch too much MTV.

Well, I'm in a long distance relationship. I don't know of any career that would take me father away from my sunshine... I guess distance doesn't really matter.

If I had to pick one... I would pick the love of my life.

I can't think of a career that I would really love... My dream career would be... A job where I make enough money to support my family but am also able to spend time with them. That's why I would love to persue a career as a Vo-tech Cisco Networking teacher or something like that.

I would have to say "love of my life" as well. I too don't really know what I want to do with my life, as I don't feel as I should quite yet. I hate people who plan their lives out and that's all they worry about and they're only 19 or so. (but that is besides the point)

I just wanna live my life, and it'd be cool to have the "love of my life," or a "down ass bitch" if you will lol, to make doing so even better. ^_^

Hmm. So you hate on people who actually know what they want from their life and don't waste their time? Interesting.

They shouldn't worry about what they can't control. I think that's what he's trying to say. He's right if that's what he means.

Since I don't know what the f**k my future career is, or anything like that, I'd choose the man. Of course, I'd probably choose a rich man, so he could supply me with everything I need, plus the dough.

Angelina... you should try listening to people instead of jumping onto the critical band wagon that this site has ever-so-effortlessly supported. That's what most of the members do on this site. Criticize people and act "polite" about it so it's not considered "bashing".

"Life ain't nuthin but bitches and money." Well, that's not always true. What about politics? I think the song should have gone "Life ain't nuthin but bitches and money...and sometimes politics...and feta cheese..."

I would choose....both. I would be a person who loves his family but spends most of his time working which may or may not put a strain on the other person. It depends if they have a job as well which I'm all for. Women deserve a place in the workplace, but don't ask for special treatment. Men and women should be completely equal in the workplace except for any job that requires a changing room and bathrooms. Other than that, there should be no difference.
Anyways, seeing as how my dream job would be a writer, I'd probably get a second apartment with only one room so I could be in complete isolation. Then ideas can flourish throughout my pretty, over calickized head onto paper and into bookstores. Or I'll be a junkyard foreman. Either/or.

Can't choose both. What did I tell you people LOL but other than that what you said was pretty good. I especially like the whole writer plan because I myself love writing(even though I most likely won't be one)

I totally agree with you. I think if its meant to be then it will eventually happen. Your dream job can't last but once you find love & its real, it'll stick

Eh.. To be honest I'd like both a lot. Being the sort of girl into romance
I'd cling onto any chance of love I'd get my grimmy little hands on.
Also being the kind of person easily amused, I also dwell a lot on accomplishments..

So achieving my dream job whatever that may be. I know being successful
at my job would leave me feeling so good about myself that love
wouldn't be needed so much in my life to make it feel complete.

laugh.gif Personally between the two I'd choose my dream career if I knew what it was.
Since "dream" job could be anything the person wants it's like comparing a job-wish to love..
Ahahaha Love is sort of left behind in my opinion for offering less then a dream career.
I'd love to have a career that benifits everyone and effects the lives of everyone
in a positive way. I'd choose that any day rather then love that only benifits
me and that signifigant other. Why have one or two happy faces
when you can have everyone smiling?

HUZAAAH. For the benifits of mankind!! XD.gif
