Hehe no problem, if you have any other questions, you can just ask it here instead of just making a new topic.

It was fine in the beginning, but it started to get messed up. Maybe if the cB tutorial doesn't work for you, you can try the tutorial Melissa [Jeng] posted up.

You started off well and if you tweened using the proper settings then you can try changing the time span of the frame where the animation lags. So that would be where the the white flash moves from the letter 'a' to the letter 'w'. Make sure that that frame isn't 2 seconds long if the others are 1 second per frame. Make each the same and see how that works out.

Do you have the PSD? I'll take a look at it and see if there's anything that needs to be fixed from what I see.

I'm using these same tutorials, and I'm having a problem. I keep getting a line moving across the whole picture instead of a reflection on the text. I tried grouping the 2 layers together... I tried grouping the first layer... And I even tried it without grouping. I must be missing something stupid... Can someone help??? |

Hm, did you merge the background and text layers together? because that could be the problem.

ahem, my bad what I mean is up there was to lucky but merging them would be bad.
As for your problem with saving it as a PSD, just save it and upload it to fileden or something. |

Nope I didn't merge the layers... that's the weird part I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong because I followed the instructions perfectly (to my knowledge) *Sigh* |

I'm sorry, this is so frustrating... I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I've looked at about 6 tutorials and it just doesn't make sense to me...
![]() I've done the grouping thing and I'm not sure why it isn't working! |

I did, that's the thing...
I know it's got to be the way I'm grouping it, but I've tried it in like 10 ways and I don't understand why it isn't working! :( **Here are 2 screenshots of what it looks like a couple of ways I grouped it... Layer one is the gradient and createblog is the text BTW ![]() ![]() |

I still haven't figured this out... can someone please take a look at this??
I followed this tutorial as closely as possible http://www.createblog.com/tutorials/download.php?id=271 I even tried several different ways of grouping it... This is something that is should look like ![]() I still ended up with this result: ![]() I'm still doing something wrong, and it has to be the grouping This is what 2 efforts of grouping looks like ![]() ![]() Is there something I should have checked but didn't?!? I know someone must of had the same problem!! I'm sorry to be a nuisance but it's so damn frustrating to not be able to do this! |

if you're pressing ctrl + g and it doesn't work go to layer>>create new clipping mask.
try that. |
