Hey i go a question for all the vector pros!.
which of these programs is better on making vector pictures?
Adobe Photoshop CS2 or Adobe Illustrator CS2

i got both of the programs
and i want to start doing
vector pictures like this one:

im lost and the problem is
that i dont know where to
start. i also need to improve
my pen tool cause i suck.
and i dont know how.
i know the basics of photoshop
but ive never tried adobe illustrator.
please help me!! i will apreciate.
i know its not easy and that it takes time to make
vectors but im willing to put much effort on it.
so if you guys that have experience and were
once like me please share some of those
good links on learning how to. or tutorials on it.
i will really appreciate.

In my opinion Adobe Illustrator CS2, because you can do more with Illustrator for vectors than you can Photoshop.

(various tutorials that may or may not help)

I do not "own" either of those programs, but I find Illustrator easy to work with when I need it for Journalism purposes.
