what is the code for the text sizes and the link text sizes ?

Put this into your look and feel (header or webstats, doesn't matter):

Change the part where it says # to the size of pixels you want the font to be

As a side note: If you don't like/get measuring in pixels, you can always change it to pt too (for points). That's the measuring scale you use in most word processors.
