A somewhat blend using MS Paint.
 It's not perfect but it looks kinda good to me for MS Paint. Tell me what you think. |

That's pretty cool for Microsoft Paint, but the only thing that really bothers me is the text that says Christina Aguilera.

That's awesome for MS paint!
But I think it would look better if both of the pictures didn't overlap right over each other. If you moved one to the side, it might look better. (unless this was the look you were going for. >_<) |

Oh, and maybe you could also add a pink border to it too. Or you can select a different color for the border.

Amazing for MS Paint, but the two images are right on top of each other. It's just this big blob of X-tina, if you will.

Choose a more readable font and resize the pics so they don't overlap each other too much. Otherwise, it's pretty good. :)

(unless this was the look you were going for. >_<) That's what I was thinking, though, in the case that that's what you were trying to get, maybe lower the opacity somehow of one of the pictures. And fix the font so it's easier to read. Otherwise, I think it's great for MS Paint.

Yeah, there are several tutorials (I think there might be a few here, more than just the one Alvin linked). Looks like you saved it as a JPG though, if you download a free tool called GIFFY (instructions on how to use it and a download link here), you can save it and still keep the quality without the text getting blurred like that.
Aside from all that you should probably look into Gimp or another free editor, because after you get past the "OMG I can blend in MS Paint" trick you can't really progress much further as a designer. That isn't to say that it isn't a powerful editor, but you can do so much more with other programs. Anyway, sorry if it seems like I'm ragging on you, it's nice work for being able to learn something new and definitely keep at it.
