Move this back to tech. MUGEN is an old fighting engine made for DOS back in the day. I'm surprised how popular it's become just now though. RIP elecbyte

But, this is the wrong place to look, especially since most people around here don't know that much about Mugen chars. Especially since Naruto Mugen chars are gonna be harder to find. Just google it, or go to a fan site. Like mugen infantry. |
