Does anyone know how to do that banner?

and another question.

does anyone know how to make it look like someone has an earring on? and like, making it look like its shining and glimmering? please help.

for the shinning part - you can use lens flare and adjust the brightness and you can also use a sparkly brush and brush it on whatever you want glimmery.

uhh can you explain that with more detail pleasE?

NVM that last question. UHHMM what about im trying to make it look like the person has an earring but he doesnt really have one? does that make sense?

The banner is basic blending of two images. Then it looks like a gradient overlay is put on it.
For blending:

For the text its just typed out and maybe put on soft light or screen. So basically to do that type your text out. Then look at the layer palette (bottom right hand corner) and then you change the blending options to soft light or screen. Possibly overlay as well. You choose. :]

For the earing part, you may just have to cut out the earing from another picture. Then just someoone how blend it in with the part you want it to be in. For example if you want it on her ear you may just need to paste the earing (cut out ) there and just erase parts till it looks blended in together.
