Add comment not working anymore, Give error when you click on it Options

For the last couple of days anytime someone tries to leave me a comment it gives almost everyone an error. I haven't changed any codes or any of that. Can someone look and see what is wrong. It only does this for certain people though. myspace

and this is the add comment link? ill try it. it has been working great for weeks then just stopped. and i haven't changed it at all. I even went back and double checked it. but ill give that a try.
