can someone tell me where i can find these brushes/imagepacks for psp.

You'll been around long enough to know brush questions go in graphics help.
 What does &etc mean ? Does that mean you want every brush there? For the honeycomb outline. All you do is make the honeycomb the color of the background, then stroke it. Well that would be what I would try to do. |

I think most of the brushes you mentioned are hand-drawn

the honeycombs aren`t outlined.its just that its used in a black background. the yellow star and squiggly line can just be drawn with the pen tool.
