have you checked the big book of resources?
it has many links to sites with brushes. |

Well, in the graphic, it seems as if he/she used swirls, splatters, feathers, and flowers/leaves brushes. Try finding them through google. Oh, and there's this great site that I go to for a lot of different brushes, so I guess you could check there.
