there are many ways to do this. I'm gonna tell you all.
FIRST TECHNIQUE Using the marquee tool, draw out the shape in which you like your picutre be. When you're satisfied with your shape, copy and paste your desired picture by pressing "paste into" (CTRL + SHIFT + V) or go to Edit>Paste into. SECOND TECHNIQUE Draw your shapes like in the first tech. but this time instead of pasting, fill it with a black or white color. Then use this tutorial by kristina. You can add border to both technique by blending option>stroke. If you're not please with how the picture is place. You can move it by hitting CTRL move it with your mouse. |

Is there any thing in paint shop pro?
If not i have photoshop im just better in PSP. But thanks anyway if not |
