comment box., pleease help :]] Options

i'm having some trouble with my comment box.
but idk if its actually my comment box. but,
there's this space there that i dont want.

I'm not sure if there's anything you could do about it. I had the same problem too and it bugged me all the time. It's still there but i'm dealing with it. So I dont think there is a code to get rid of the space.
