Saving GIFs

I can't save GIF files on my comp. And so if the pic is aniimated i press save as and the only files to save it as it BMP and the picture isn't animated no more. does anyone knoe what's wrong?

well.. i've never had this problem but which program are you saving it from? like imageready, animation shop, etc?

o no. it's not savin git as a program. it's like if i'm browsing around on the internet and see an animated GIF i like and i try to save it. u knoe?

ooh! haha. maybe your computer doesn't allow GIF files? but i've never seen a computer like that. all computers are allowed to save a image that's GIF. hmm.. that's odd.

maybe you dont have enough room in your computer to save it as a GIF, so it turned into a BMP so you can fit it in your computer.

wat do u mean i don't have enough room? i have tons of room. there is like nothing on my cop, and i knoe how much stuff can fit on my computer. and it's not even close to bein' full.

if your using image ready, click on the arrow next to box @ the bottom and click on "optomize"

umm. i don't get it. what does imageready have to do with saving a picture? this is wha ti'm talking about.



here's a print screen when i try to save it.



i only have a choice of saving it as BMP so when it's saved the animation is not moving.

So you can't right click and go to save picture as ... and when you do it only says bmp?

Temporary Internet Files = corrupt.

Solution: Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files
