can't get links to work, help please! Options

After I added in a new layout, I can't get my 'add me' or 'pics' or 'message me' links to work . . . I'm new at this, so I'm sure I did something wrong . . . any thoughts?

Your layout does not work in my browser where are the linked images supposed to be? I see the links.

Make sure you are using this code:

it's suppose to be like:
