okay. here's the deal. i'm a freshman [9th]. ever since i was in 6th grade, i've had a tutor. i've had his screenname, and now i just talk to him more as a friend than a tutor, because i'm doing well in math. [i just got 100 on my quiz. yay!] well, he also talks to my friends, some of which are in 8th, 9th, and 10th. but... he... talks too... freely, i guess you would say. he will be 24 next month. anyway, sometimes his life can suck at times so he yells at me. so yesterday we got into this big fight, where all of the sudden he didn't want to talk to me anymore. so i said fine, and blocked him. now he wants my forgiveness back, but i said no to him. now supposidly he's really sad, and misses me. he claims he loved me.
 i know it's not in a wrong-way, though. it's because he has family problems. even though my friends think otherwise. anyway, i told him also i think it's better if we not talk anymore because i'm starting to feel really uncomfortable with him. and now he's mad at me.i guess i don't really know what i want from this post. just to let this all out, or to get opinions, idk. whatever. do you think i did the right thing? because he does really need a job right now, badly.. and i just.. fired him kinda. i'm trying to get my other friends to break contact with him, too. wow, not even 15 and i fired someone already.

The whole "he loves you" thing is weird especially if you don't feel the same way about him You could try talking to him later on after some time. Maybe it wouldn't be as weird later.

NO. IM KIDDING. thats my saying about everything now. haha. but he's in his 20s, and you're not even 15 yet? PETAFILE. i had one of those once. i was 15, and this OLD dude who LIVED near me, contacted me on myspace, and was saying stuff. i was like. IM 15, YOU OLD PETAFILE. i threatened to call the cops. he left me alone. and he said he stopped talking to me, cause i wasnt 18. i was like. FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAG. |

Okay, now this is a little bit strange. Always be a little skeptical of someone who claims to be "in love" with you, when he's 9-10 years older than you are (I did a little quick math; being in 9th grade makes you around 14/15, right?).
You made a good decision, not to talk to him for now. Give it some time to cool down. I take it that he's probably just very stressed out with what's going on in his life - his so-called family problems, and the guy just lost a job, here. |

I wouldn't say he was a complete pedophile since he didn't try to make any moves on you. It's just a bit weird that he said he loved you. I think you were right to cut off contact with him, but it might have been too harsh to fire him. You should rehire him but only after you tell him that you don't love him back and will fire him again if he does/says anything weird.
