Help please, Template doesnt work Options

Hi im new to livejournal. the skin from http://www.createblog.com/layouts/download.php?id=11162

i copied the code to my s1 overide but it cant work..

i heard there is something to do with the url thingy? where to i edit it?
is it in the code itself? or within LJ?
anything besides it that i have to amend to make the skin work?

thats all? but the background doesnt seem to change..
after adding a webpage only the picture is shown in my LJ..

Go here and change Most Recent Events, Friends View, Calendar, and Day View (in the drop-down bar) to 'Generator' and it should work.
