My brother talked me into doing sprints everyday when I get home from school. I was just wondering. By doing sprints, what does it help on my body?

Your thighs?

Well, actually, it helps you run your fastest in a short distance (right?) but it does help your thighs.

It helps if you plan on running short distances in a short ammount of time. It wouldn't help you if you were planning to run like... 3 miles.

Not only do you expand your lung capacity by doing wind sprints, but it builds up muscles from your feet all the way up to your lower back. And, of course, its a hell of a cardio workout.
