okay, so as of wednesday i am going out with my former best friend, Austin.
He's really shy and everything, so i don't know, like, if he would kiss me or anything. It's not super important that we kiss RIGHT NOW, but i can totally see myself going out with him for a while & stuff. I'm also his 1st girlfriend. (8th grade, it's sad) I mean, if we've been going out for like, a year, and he hasn't kissed me, what do i do? This is my cousin's account, btw, not mine |

well.. if he was your former 'best friend' it shouldnt be a problem to be open to him about 'kissing' and such... start off with a peck [if your aiming for a kiss anytime soon] since you are his first gf.

QUOTE I'm also his 1st girlfriend. (8th grade, it's sad) not really. my friend didn't get her first boyfriend until she was going into 11th. i still haven't had mine, and i'm in 9th. honestly, i think children before the age of 8th grade shouldn't EVEN be dating. it's like kids are trying to 'grow up' too fast, but nothing really becomes serious until high school, i think... |

^ i agree, even then, some high school relationships aren't exactly very seroius...
but yeah why not make the first move instead of waiting for him to do it. |

^ yeah, you're right.
different people mature at different ages. but try making the first move. i mean, what's the worst that can happen? "sorry, i'm not ready yet." then when he is ready, you'll be surprised. |

i, honestly, would hate guys like that. if i was with someone for a year and we hadn't done anything, then somethings up. i don't really like shy guys, because then what fun are they? like seriously.
