i keep getting this error when i try to upload a website layout: "Oops, an error occured! Images should be in JPG, GIF, or PNG format." but all of the image files i'm using are JPG and GIF files. what's going on?

No idea. :( This is the exact same error I get when trying to submit a MySpace layout. Changing the file, changing the image type, and changing both does not work for me. Try it and see if it does for you. We'll just have to wait till our mystery-man programmer finds time to take a look at this.
